- Health Insurance - The employee premium is supplemented by the bank. Employees may elect dependent coverage with the premium drafted from the employee's pay each month.
- Dental Insurance - The employee premium is supplemented by the bank. Employees may choose dependent coverage to be paid by the employee.
- Long Term Disability - Paid by the Company.
- Life Insurance - Paid by the bank. Amount of life insurance is equal to 2 times annual salary.
- 401(K) Plan - Savings plan for employees with a 50% match on the first 6% of salary. Eligibility for enrollment first of the month following 30 days of employment.
